The types of data we collect

During the registration process, you will be required to fill out a pre-registration form, providing the following personal details: first name, last name, company name, email address. Your data will be processed in order to create a user account and provide you with log-in information via mail (username and password). 

Use of personal data

Personal Data provided during the registration process will only be processed to grant you access to Quaero application and provide related services. 

Collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Providing tracking information about supplied goods
• Providing technical details about goods from the catalogue
• Giving a punctual feedback service
• Providing a tool which grants you to give precise feedbacks on supplied goods 
• Providing technical assistance to help you with the choice of products.
  

Access levels

Access levels assigned to users determine which kind of information users are given access to through Quaero Application. 

Levels of access are the following: 

Basic (buyers of Fidat goods on Quaero Application): right of access to commercial and regulatory data and to supply information related to goods supplied to the user’s Company, such as: chemical analysis, order references, transport document, invoice, production line batch, etc. 

Medium  (third-party intermediaries, such as sales agents): right of access to commercial and regulatory data and to supply information, such as:  chemical analysis, order references, transport document, invoice, production line batch, etc. 

High (Fidat/Fidat Staff): full access to any feature and available data.

Consent to Personal Data Processing

During the registration process, you will be required to provide your consent to the processing of your personal data. Your consent is necessary to grant you access to the services offered by Quaero Application.  You can withdraw your consent for processing personal data at any time by emailing the Data Processor.

Geolocation and use of camera

When installing the application, you will be required to consent to the use of geolocation and camera. Your consent is necessary to grant access to a few App functions, such as geolocation of the access points and barcode scanning of goods supplied to your Company.

Personal Data Sharing

No personal data will be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, unless it is required by law or necessary to fulfill contractual obligations. 

Security of Personal Data

We take appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of the personal data collected through Quaero Application. Data will be stored in a safe server and protected from unauthorized access, loss or alteration. 

Storage of Personal Data 

Personal data provided during the registration process will be stored for the time of use of the application, or until you withdraw your consent to data processing. 

Once your personal data is no longer necessary for processing purposes, it will be safely deleted or anonymized, unless its storage - in compliance with applicable regulations - is necessary for reporting purposes, statistics or research.      

Individual rights

In compliance with applicable privacy legislation, you have the right to access, amend, update and delete your personal data held by us. This right can be exercised by emailing the Data Controller to the email address previously provided inside this Policy. 

Changes to this Privacy Policy 

We reserve the right to change, update or modify this Privacy Policy. Changes will be published on this page and, if necessary, a new consent to personal data processing will be required.
